The Second in Command position can be a lonely place. Your job is to support your leader and make all of their visions a reality. But who supports you? Where can you turn for advice? We have the answer. In the first-ever Second in Command Club event, you will be in a room with dozens of like-minded individuals who share the same challenges, the same roadblocks, and the same experiences. The agenda is packed and includes:

• Ways to communicate effectively with all personality types
• Prioritization and task management
• Casting the future org chart for your business
• KPIs and accountability
• Creating systems
• Masterminding with like-minded individuals
  

The cost is $1500 for anyone whose visionary is currently a member of Gobundance. Guests are $2000. Price includes all programming, dinner on the 11th, and lunch on the 12th. Airfare, hotel, and transportation are not included.

TRANSPORTATION

Fly into Austin Bergstrom Airport. Plan to arrive in Austin by 1:00 pm on the 11th. Programming begins at 3:00 pm.
Plan your own transportation from the Austin airport – it is a 20-minute drive to Central District Brewing.
Both hotels are a 5-minute walk to the venue.
